Introduction to Counselling Services available in workplace.

East West Center for counselling conducted the workshop on benefits of counselling in the work place. Almost 40 employees participated in the very interactive session. Post the session about 10 employees requested appointment with the counsellor. The session provided an opportunity for the employees to explore their personal thoughts, feelings & emotion. Every single employee actively participated.

17 community members belonging to transgender, gay and activists working for the LGBTQ from different districts in Tamil Nadu participated. This workshop was organized in ICSA in Egmore. We conducted role plays in working with  the media.
